Upgrading SpaceClaim
When you purchase SpaceClaim, you will receive updates to the software as soon as they are available.
1 Determine and make note of your SpaceClaim version by selecting SpaceClaim Options > Resources from the Application menu and then clicking About.
2 Select SpaceClaim Options > Resources from the Application menu 
.
3 Click Check for Updates to display any available updates.
4 Select the update you want to download, and click Download Updates to display the SpaceClaim Updates webpage.
5 Exit SpaceClaim.
6 Select the appropriate upgrade for your version of SpaceClaim. We recommend that you save the installer file(s) to a local directory on your computer.
If you are running Windows XP, click the 32-bit download. If you are running Windows Vista, select the download link that matches your OS version. If you are unsure whether the OS version on your machine is 32-bit or 64-bit, check your machine's System Properties.
7 Click Run to run the installer.
8 Select the directory where you want to save the application.
We recommend that you save the application in the default directory. Only one version of SpaceClaim can be installed on your machine, even if you install into a different directory.
9 Repeat steps 6 and 7 to upgrade the packages you purchased with SpaceClaim.
If you are not sure which packages are installed with your version of SpaceClaim, you can check the programs that appear in your Add/Remove Programs window in the Control Panel.

When you restart SpaceClaim, the new version number (R3 SP1) is displayed when you select SpaceClaim Options > Resources from the Application menu, then click About .

Click a link to download updated documentation, software, and software packages. Run each installer, or save it to your machine with a unique name. We recommend that you download and install these upgrades in the order they appear on this page.
