SpaceClaim is looking for a qualified individual to join our team as an instructor for the SpaceClaim product line. This position is a customer facing role responsible for architecting, creating and deploying training material and learning programs for SpaceClaim prospects, customers, and channel partners. The goal is to facilitate rapid customer adoption, use and success of the SpaceClaim products.

Responsibilities include:

• Daily use and expertise of SpaceClaim products for creating 3D concept models and optimizing 3D models for manufacturing and analysis.
• Design and development of printed and e-learning training materials
• Deploy and deliver live, web based, and e-learning training classes
• Collect and analyze training data and revise programs based on feedback
• Help to identify individual customer training needs and requirements
• Develop custom training modules based on customer products and processes
• Answer customer questions relating to SpaceClaim functions during training classes
• Technical education of SpaceClaim product and training material to channel partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
• 3+ years experience using a 3D CAD system for mechanical design
• 5+ years experience developing and deploying 3D CAD training material and curriculum
• Experience with e-learning software such as Adobe Captivate and Camtasia
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding interpersonal and telephone skills are a must.
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to function and thrive in a team environment with an appreciation of aggressive goals
• Ability / willingness for a high rate of travel a must
