Hi guys,

I recently got a new desktop that comes with Vista x64 installed. When I try to install SC it mentions that it does not support 64bit systems. I have an SpaceClaimLT license and knew that it was 32 bit only, but thought that it would install easily like other 32bit applications do...

Is there a way to override this and install in 32bit mode?

I managed to install the demo without a problem.

My license won't work though. SC defaults into viewer mode...

In order to register your license, you will need internet access. Without a valid license, SpaceClaim will only run as a viewer.

Hey Theo, how are you doing?

When asked for a serial number...

The only serial I had is the one for the old Demo. (We don't need serials, do we?)

It now loads but with a 30 day Professional demo instead of my LT version...

By using the license installer, I can load LT, but then it pops back into viewer mode.

Any other ideas? 

How can we make the regular LT installer work in 64bits?

In the case of LT, you will need to download and install the license file from your My SpaceClaim page, this will supercede the Serial Number and when installed correctly, SpaceClaim LT should start instead of the viewer. Use the SpaceClaim Installer to install the license file.

That is because your license has been assigned to Lorenzo - you should see the license file when you log in as Lorenzo.

 Ohhh, I forgot to mention that I tried in to log in 3 different computers using 3 different browsers!
